What information will I receive for each assessment?

For each assessment, there is an Assessment Summary Screen which provides an overview of the student's performance, as well as Detailed Result Screens which show item-level results.

1) Assessment Summary Screen

1. This screen shows the student’s total assessment score and their individual section scores.
   
2. Below, you can see that Riley's assessment only covered one skill (Lowercase Letter Identification), while Elijah's covered multiple skills (Uppercase Letter Identification, Rhyming, etc.).
   

2) Detailed Results Screens

1. Access these screens by clicking on the purple "Review" button next to each section on the Summary screen.
   
2. These screens show specific, item-level information for each skill, such as Uppercase Letter Identification shown below.
   
3. For the Multiple Choice sections, you can see whether the student selected the correct or incorrect answer. If incorrect, the option that the child selected instead is displayed.
   

1. For the Voice Response sections, you can see whether the system scored the student’s response as correct or incorrect. You can also listen to the audio recording of the student’s response by pressing the purple “Listen" button. 
   

3) In Progress Assessments

1. If an assessment is "In Progress" you will be able to see the results for the sections that the student has completed so far.
   
2. Items or sections that students have not gotten to yet show a (-) symbol instead of a score.

1. Please note that although the “Total Score” is shown for "In Progress" assessments, it does not yet reflect the entire assessment and will continue to be updated as the student completes additional sections.
